Creation Willi Geller – A Vision Lives On GC Europe AG acquires remaining company shares from Willi Geller – Brand Creation Willi Geller to remain independent 

Meiningen, 16 June 2025 – Following the passing of Willi Geller in December 2024, the Geller family has decided to transfer the remaining shares in Creation Willi Geller International AG, Switzerland, to GC Europe AG, Switzerland. The transfer of shares from family ownership took place through a share sale by Evelyn Geller and Gion Schäfer, member of the Board of Directors of Creation Willi Geller International AG. As a result, Creation Willi Geller is now a wholly owned subsidiary of GC Europe AG. 

A strong partnership – built on trust and friendship 

The full integration into the GC Group is a further step toward securing the long-term future of the company. It also reflects the deep bond and longstanding friendship between Makoto Nakao, Chairman of the Board of GC Holding AG, and Willi Geller. With this acquisition, GC Europe AG reaffirms its clear commitment to honoring and continuing Willi Geller’s life’s work with respect and in his spirit. 

Brand independence to remain 

The brand Creation Willi Geller will continue to operate independently. Its product portfolio will be continuously developed and expanded with new solutions that are both aesthetically outstanding and technologically sophisticated. “The philosophy and quality standards set by Willi Geller shape our daily work.
